We have been together for over 10 years now and as we both love travelling to new places and experiencing new cultures, we have already explored several destinations together. It all started with a backpacking trip through Thailand, which was followed by trips to Laos, Sri Lanka and the Philippines.

Our spirit of adventure as a travelling couple was absolutely awakened!

Since 2017, our way of travelling has changed. Our dog Pino enlarged our family, which is why we started travelling more by car. For the sake of the environment, we also decided to travel less by plane, which is why the focus from then on was on Europe.

This led us to buy a Land Rover Defender in 2021 to get one step closer to our dream of independent travel. The following year was all about converting this car into an off-road camper alongside our full-time jobs. A tour through the Balkans with our mini camper followed in the same year and from this point onwards we were absolutely in love with this new way of travel!

At the end of 2022, we decided to take the plunge: we gave up everything, quit our jobs and our flat and set off on a trip through Europe. So 2023 was a year full of planning, organization, fine-tuning the Defender and, above all, change. This was also the start of a new adventure and the beginning of Roving Roamers.

We are very excited to see what awaits us next. But above all, we are glad that you are on board, so fasten your seatbelts, the journey continues!
